Refund & Returns Policy

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days from the date you receive your item to request a return.

Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, your item must:

  • Be unworn and unused

  • Be in the same condition as when received

  • Have all original tags attached

  • Be returned in its original packaging

Items that do not meet these conditions may not be accepted.

How to Start a Return

To initiate a return, please contact us at Info@Blackdust.co.uk within 14 days of receiving your order.

Once your return request is approved, you will receive instructions on how and where to send your package.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Return Shipping

  • Return shipping is provided by the customer

  • We do not charge any restocking fees

We recommend using a tracked shipping service, as we are not responsible for items lost during return transit.

Inspection & Return Rejection

All returned items are inspected upon arrival.
If an item does not meet our return conditions, it may be returned to the customer and no refund will be issued.

Damages & Issues

Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect so we can resolve the issue promptly.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Final sale items

  • Gift cards

  • Custom or personalised items

  • Perishable goods

  • Personal care products

  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases

If you are unsure whether your item qualifies for a return, please contact us before sending it back.

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges.
The fastest way to receive a different item is to return your original purchase (if eligible) and place a new order separately.

European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If your order is shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification.

Returned items must still meet all eligibility requirements outlined above.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval status.
If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 7 business days. Please note that banks or payment providers may take additional time to post the refund.
